03 / Collaboration
Contribution & Responsibilities
When appointed by the customer, UWANTUS serves as project partner and intended contractual supplier, coordinating procurement and supply in line with the customer’s requirements. Supply remains subject to a manufacturer-approved arrangement and agreement on technical and commercial terms.
Our proposed contribution
- 01
Clear communication of requirements
Consolidate customer queries through one point of contact, distinguish manufacturer responses from open matters, and coordinate follow-up.
- 02
Coordination of local supply activities
Connect procurement, shipment, customs clearance and local delivery, sharing documents and schedule information.
- 03
Connection to manufacturer support
Coordinate manufacturer documents, genuine spare parts and after-sales requests while preserving traceability and the applicable factory warranty.
Proposed allocation of responsibilities
| UWANTUS | Manage the customer supply contract and fulfill the agreed supply obligations, including procurement, documentation and delivery, while coordinating commercial matters, technical queries and manufacturer support requests. |
|---|---|
| Manufacturer | Select, design and manufacture the equipment against agreed requirements; perform agreed product-level testing; and provide applicable technical and certification documentation, interface information, technical support and factory-warranty support within the agreed scope. |
| Customer | Define project requirements and installation and interface conditions, coordinate customer-side technical review, and agree the criteria and procedures for acceptance of the supplied equipment and documentation. |
Detailed responsibilities for package integration, package-level testing and related engineering work will be agreed among the customer, manufacturer and UWANTUS before the relevant work proceeds.
Documentation and product traceability
The proposed approach links order references, model and serial numbers, manufacturer-issued documents and delivery records against the customer’s required document list. Missing, inconsistent or changed information would be referred to the responsible party.
Where CFSI (counterfeit, fraudulent and suspect items) verification is required, UWANTUS would coordinate product and document authenticity requests. Forms, scope and timing are to be agreed with the customer and manufacturer.
Project Information and next steps
Project-specific requirements, equipment scope, quantities and target schedule will be provided separately by the customer, and will be jointly reviewed by the customer, the manufacturer and UWANTUS alongside the supply arrangement, responsibilities, documentation requirements and commercial terms.
